Welcome to FlyView24! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our HRMS application (“App”). By using FlyView24, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

2. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• Employers are responsible for managing employee access and permissions.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Use of Services

• FlyView24 provides attendance tracking, task management, and automated check-in/check-out features using geolocation.
• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable labor laws.
• Misuse of the App, including falsification of attendance or unauthorized access, is strictly prohibited.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

• We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Users acknowledge and consent to the collection of geolocation data for automatic check-in and check-out features.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, and intellectual property within FlyView24 remain the property of the company.
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

6. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the App but do not guarantee availability at all times.
• We reserve the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

• FlyView24 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any data loss, inaccuracies, or damages resulting from the use of the App.
• Employers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local labor laws when using FlyView24.

8. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
• Users may discontinue use of the App at any time by deleting their accounts.

9. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
